Crosslinked, closed-cell polyolefin foams are smooth, inert, nontoxic, contain no CFC, HCFC or hydrocarbon blowing agents and are available in a variety of colors and grades to achieve varied physical properties.

Roll products are a fine celled, irradiated crosslinked foam with a smooth surface and chemical resistant. Our bun product is extremely fine-celled chemically crosslinked closed cell polyolefin foam for thicker applications with a smooth surface and chemical resistance.

Functions include packaging, including static dissipative, thermal and impact insulation, gaskets, seals, cushioning, buoyancy, dunnage (class A), EKG and electro surgical devices, transdermal pads, cervical collars, floor underlayment, joint and building filler strips, window glazing tape and aircraft interior.

Engineered foam planks are extremely simple to fabricate. They are non-dusting, lint-free and non-abrasive. They provide substantial cushioning against repeated impacts while reducing shipping costs significantly, they can be die-cut, heat-sealed, welded, glued, saw cut, split, skived, water jet cut, routed and drilled to precise specifications.
