Bagging & Tagging
Whether it’s 200 units or 100,000 units, we can save you time by bagging and tagging your parts in-house to ship direct to your customer. We stock a large assortment of polybags in house and also, we can stock and use your custom supplied bags–whichever you prefer.
Custom Kitting & Packaging
From Retail product packaging, bulk wholesale packaging, and product kit assembly, our team is committed to upholding your brand reputation and standards. We handle products with care and can assemble custom sets and kits to your specifications.
Custom Design & Engineering
Our in-house capabilities include: Custom Design and engineering drawings to help plan your projects; hands-on technical support and help with material selection and the ability to reverse engineer an existing part. These services are also available individually on a time & materials basis.
Hand Part Assembly
Some components require hand assembly to achieve the needed standard of quality for your project. The majority of our employees have at least 12 years of experience in producing and assembling flexible foam parts. Our team is comfortable with hand assembling and hand working projects with multiple steps and processes.
Foam Printing
We print on foam for branding and internal marking purposes. Promote your brand directly on your products, or keep track of your parts with lot & serial numbers. We can also emboss images, or print directly onto foam using traditional and screen printing methods.
